Danita Cummins is an author, organizational strategist and advisor, speaker, and international teacher whose work explores the relationship between meaningful work, people, leadership, and organizations.
A U.S. Air Force veteran with nearly three decades of leadership experience, Danita has led complex programs, organizations, teams, and businesses across government, military, corporate, nonprofit, ministry, and entrepreneurial environments.
She is the author of Promise Over Purpose, host of Entrusted to Lead, President and Co-Founder of Synwave, and an organizational strategist and advisor to leaders navigating complex work, growth, and change.
Her work combines lived leadership experience, organizational practice, ongoing research, and Christian theology to ask better questions about the work we undertake—and what that work creates in us and around us.
