Invite Danita to speak.

Honest conversations about what we carry — and how to carry it well.

For the people everyone relies on

Danita speaks to audiences carrying more than most - leaders, teams, congregations, and anyone who’s become the one others count on.

Drawing on nearly three decades across the military, government, business, and nonprofit leadership, she brings honest story, hard-won wisdom, and a warmth that meets a room where it actually is.

She explores what we carry and how to carry it well:

  • the cost of being capable

  • learning what's actually ours to hold

  • leading without becoming the single point of failure

  • staying whole while caring deeply about what matters

Every talk is shaped to your people and your setting — a keynote, a workshop, a retreat, or a session with your team. From churches and schools to conferences and leadership tables, she brings story, lived experience, and practical wisdom that help people think more honestly about what they're carrying, what matters most, and how they want to move forward.

WHY DANITA

She speaks from carrying it, not studying it.

Danita Cummins is a veteran and former U.S. Special Operations Command capability developer, a PMP-certified consultant to global technology companies, and the president of Synwave.

She founded and chairs the Alpha Life Pregnancy Center, hosts the Entrusted to Lead podcast, and wrote Promise Over Purpose. She's led in combat zones and boardrooms, built companies, served nonprofits, and raised four children — three of them first responders.

She doesn't speak about the cost of being capable from theory. She's lived it — and she knows what it takes to carry what matters without disappearing under it.
